THIS SUNDAY! (11/9)
You are invited to our service THIS Sunday (11/9), at 10:30am in Midtown Manhattan (15 W. 39th Street, 9th Floor)! We'd love for you to join us in-person or online! Maddie Abbott will preach on the topic "Community Outside of Crisis." We would love to see you there!
RiverKids
Official RiverKids programming has resumed! Drop-off begins at 10:15am. Please contact Amelia at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
RiverYouth
The RiverYouth are currently in a unit on how the Bible can inform ethical decision-making! On Sundays, youth start off the service by participating in worship with the rest of the congregation. Then, they head back to the Lounge Area for a lesson and fellowship. Please contact Maddie at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Centering Prayer Workshop (Sundays, 11/16 & 11/23)
Do you seek the still, quiet voice of God? Are you looking for a method of meditation? You are invited to join a two-part Centering Prayer Workshop led by River member and Spiritual Director Scott See. Advanced registration is required. $15 for River community members. River Friendsgiving (Thursday, 11/27)
Looking for a place to celebrate Thanksgiving? Come gather with River family for a potluck meal at the church! To connect with Jessica or to RSVP, please fill out the Connection Card.
River Roundtable (Sunday, 11/30, 12:00-1:00pm)
Join Pastor Alison and other River-ites after church on select Sundays for a roundtable discussion! Each meeting we will dive into a specific topic related to life and faith. On 11/30, we will discuss Decolonizing Christianity. Pizza lunch will be provided for participants. Childcare will be available with advance RSVP (to [email protected]).
Volunteer at HFNY Holiday Toy Fair (Saturday, 12/13)
Join us at Hope for New York’s “Annual Holiday Toy Store” at All Angels Church UWS. Help sort toys, assist parents picking gifts, wrap packages, and create a warm, festive experience for families in need. Volunteers aged 14+ (with guardian for minors) are welcome. To RSVP, Please fill out the Connection Card or let Annie/Maddie know.

The River has many groups/gatherings that meet on a regular basis! Joining a group is a great way to feel more connected to the River community and to build meaningful relationships.
