Virtual Open house sunday
 You're invted!

come see what our virtual community is all about

It's tough to find the right faith community. It's even tougher when you can't meet in person.

We think you'll find that The River is different. Although we aren't meeting as a church, we're still doing community. Whether it's viewing parties or one-on-one meet-ups with our pastoral staff, The River is all about connecting with you and helping you connect with God -- and with each other.
As a non-denominational, LGBTQ-inclusive church, our goal is to be a place where faith and community continually intertwine in delightful ways. We want to help you experience God's goodness in your personal life today. Everything in our church is geared to create a dynamic space where people of any and every background can grow in their own personal connection with the living God, with others, with the world around us, and even with themselves.
Here are two ways to engage with our Virtual Sunday Service:

1) Click here to watch our Sunday Service videos on our YouTube channel! New videos are posted at 10:00am EST.

2) Join us at 11:00am EST for an interactive, Zoom Watch Party hosted by Lead Pastor Charles Park! We'll watch the Worship, Praise, & Prayer video and the Sermon video together as a community before breaking into Zoom groups for some connection time! Click below to get the Zoom link and tune in this Sunday.

Service Is Open to People of All Faiths
We strive to be a Jesus-centered church that welcomes all faiths in Manhattan. Whether you are an evangelical, mainline Protestant, Catholic, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, atheist, or from another faith background, you are welcome here! We believe our diversity makes us stronger. We want everyone who walks through the doors to feel a sense of peace and belonging.

You Are Welcome
Every service includes some lively music and a thought-provoking message you can apply to your daily life. Although we don't shy away from controversial issues — and in fact approach them with intellectual rigor — we firmly believe that God's love is for everyone. And we put that into practice with our desire to welcome everyone through the church's (virtual) doors.

Get In Touch With Us Today
Whether you just left another church, you've been absent for years, or you've never been to one in the first place, the River is a church that welcomes you. Visit a Sunday service to learn more about what we believe and how you can become a part of our community.
